About Me

I come from Southwest Mississippi—red dirt, back roads, and wide skies that teach you how to listen to your own voice. I was born a country girl and raised a tomboy, never meant to fit neatly into anyone else’s mold. I learned early that following the crowd dulls the spirit, and I’ve spent my life choosing my own way instead.

My work is guided by instinct, intuition, and a deep pull toward what feels true. I don’t create to conform—I create to translate emotion, memory, and soul into something you can see and feel.

 My art, photography, and designs are raw, expressive, and intentionally different. They carry grit, grace, and a little rebellion.

I was raised to believe in myself, to trust the fire inside me, and to chase dreams without apology. Those dreams live in music, in image, in creation that comes from somewhere deeper than trends or rules. What I make is a reflection of who I am—rooted in the South, led by spirit, and unafraid to stand alone.

My experience wasn’t built in a straight line or inside a classroom—it was earned through curiosity, persistence, and countless hours of creating. I completed two years of art school and earned an Associate Degree in Art, but my real education began when I stepped outside formal training and trusted myself to learn by doing.

With a camera in my hands and a laptop at my side, I taught myself how to see differently. I learned through experimentation, instinct, and repetition—painting, photographing, and designing in ways that felt natural rather than prescribed. I didn’t follow a formula. I followed feeling.

I’m not formally trained in the traditional sense, and that’s intentional. My work is shaped by exploration instead of rules, intuition instead of limitation. Every skill I use today—across photography, graphic design, and creative expression—was developed through self-teaching, problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to originality.

What I bring to the table isn’t perfection—it’s perspective. A creative voice built from independence, resilience, and the freedom to do things my own way.

My vision is rooted in freedom—the freedom to create without formulas, rules, or borrowed ways of thinking. I don’t believe art or design should be confined to a handbook. I believe it should be guided by instinct, experience, and the skills already etched into your hands and mind.
